Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Rug
Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in its original plastic packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to protect the fibers during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely tape it to the outside of the protective packaging.
Drop Off or Schedule
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a curbside pickup for oversized area rugs.
